Payment:

We accept payment through PayPal and direct debit. For direct debit payments please email info@washrider.com with your order and we'll reply with an invoice and bank details.


Shipping:

Please email for shipping costs if your country is not listed. Orders are posted as soon as possible (generally within 48 hours) of payment. This time may be longer during summer, being kayak season. Wash Rider is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or delayed by third party couriers or postal services.


International Shipping:

Shipping to addresses outside of Australia will be charged depending on weight, size and destination. The prices displayed DO NOT include relevant international duties and customs charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Privacy Policy:

Wash Rider respects your privacy and is committed to managing your personal information in accord with the Australian, National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988.


Returns:

Returns are accepted for store credit, which only applies to regularly priced items. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt. Returns are to be sent at the cost of the sender and must be sent with a tracking number.


Exchange:

Exchanges can ONLY be made if the order you received was damaged. The exchange can only be made for the same item or another item of the same value (regular priced items). Exchanges are to be postmarked within 5 days of receipt. Exchanges are to be sent at the cost of the sender and must be sent with a tracking number. 


Warranty

Wash Rider products are covered by warranty for the period of one year. This excludes normal wear, misuse, alterations or damage.
